Pryority Male:

Where Men's Health Is The Pryority.

I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 22 years and for the past 11 years, I’ve had the honor and pleasure of caring for patients from all walks of life in my role as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

My career path has been a very diverse one, having worked in a variety of clinical settings, including the Skilled Nursing Facility (Nursing Home), State Penitentiary, Job Corps, American Red Cross, Physician’s Office, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Telehealth.

I love my job because everyday I have the opportunity to live a life of purpose, which is to positively impact the lives of the patients (and their families) that are entrusted in my care as they face the unknown with their health. Being a former ICU nurse, I’ve seen many patients die way before their time.

It’s the many years of seeing my fellow brothers leave this Earthly home due to chronic diseases/conditions such as hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, and obesity that has sparked this mission in me to create “Pryority Male” – A Men’s Health & Wellness Education page.

Through this page I hope to help men improve their health by bringing awareness to preventable health problems, improve their health literacy, promote health restoration/maintenance, and encourage healthy behaviors that will reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases, thereby promoting a happier, healthier life!

I’m a man on a mission and I’m focusing on keeping you active, healthy, and informed throughout all of life phases and transitions.
